Radon Fan Outside

This fan has been installed on the outside of the house. Just above the fan is a water separator. It is important when installing outside to have a method of moisture to exit without getting into the fan. In cold climates ice could form and fall into the fan.

We use 4x3 downspout to go above the roof line for the radon to escape. If possible we try to match the downspout paint scheme on he house. If the homeowner has the color we will paint the downspout before installation.
